Penske/PRS air dumps

Who is using the air dump spring perch on there pro mod car?

Are you using it early in the run for dynamic 4 link, ie too add bite or are you dumping down track for aero?

I guess im not real sure what you are suppose to do with them. Can anyone chime in?

Not sure what spring perch or PRS is but we use an air dump. Full pressure to the Penske shock at launch to pretty much lock them solid and then dump the air at about two seconds out to let them act as a shock.

With the PRS setup You dump the air down track and it lowers the ride height of the car, which changes your 4-link instant center and generally adds more bite so you can throw the power to it without (hopefully) shaking
